If you live in New York City, you know you don’t need a groundhog to appear on a cloudy day to mark the end of winter. All you need (on the east coast) is some unseasonably warm weather (all thanks to global warming) and fabulous spring fashion showcased at the Country Music Awards this year. Move over black, spring colors are in!

TAYLOR SWIFT
All-American girl with a ruffled, embroidered pale yellow Elie Saab haute couture gown, Neil Lane jewels and Ralph Lauren Collection shoes.
